1. Age Requirement

Clients must be at least 18 years old with valid government-issued photo identification. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.

2. Health Disclosure

Clients must disclose any medical conditions (e.g., skin conditions, bloodborne diseases, allergies, pregnancy, etc.) that may affect the tattooing process. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in cancellation of the appointment without refund.

3. Deposits and Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment at BattleArtz.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Artistic Integrity

BattleArtz reserves the right to refuse any design that is offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

All custom designs remain the intellectual property of BattleArtz and may not be copied, sold, or altered without written permission.

5. Healing and Aftercare

Clients will receive detailed aftercare instructions and are responsible for following them.

BattleArtz is not liable for issues resulting from improper aftercare or personal negligence.

6. Touch-Up Policy

One complimentary touch-up may be offered within 60 days, depending on the tattoo’s size and complexity.

Touch-ups will not be free if the tattoo was poorly cared for or damaged due to negligence.

7. Liability Waiver

By receiving services at BattleArtz, clients acknowledge the risks associated with tattooing, including infection, allergic reactions, and dissatisfaction.

BattleArtz and its artists are not liable for adverse reactions or outcomes.

8. Conduct

Respectful behavior is expected at all times.

Harassment, intoxication, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and forfeiture of any deposits paid.
